Wrong or Defective Products

If you have received wrong or defective products, please contact us with unboxing video of the product within 2 days of order deliver. After approval we will replace your product with new one.


We do not accept returns for money refund. If customer wants to return product for money refund then customer needs to pay reverse shipping charges of ₹70+GST, Fusion City only covers wrong or defective products & products lost in transit. Customer satisfaction is our first priority.

Items Lost In Transit

By ordering from Fusion City, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within 3-7 business days. However, other factors such as government holidays or customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order does not delivered to you within 15 days of shipping, you can contact us for replacement or full refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fusion City is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the customer address entered for an order. To investigate lost or stolen package Fusion City will provide you delivery address, date of order delivered, tracking id and shipping provider. Our team will assist you in Investigation.
